These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and CoCo Prompt ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the CoCo Prompt Android application (the "App") and the website https://cocoprompt.softwearapp.com/ (together, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
CoCo Prompt is an app that offers a collection of trending AI photo prompts. You can browse categories, search, view, copy, save and share prompts, unlock some prompts using Coins, earn rewards, and open prompts in third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
We do not create the images you generate. Image creation happens on third-party AI platforms that are not controlled by us.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any purchases and for your use of the App.
By using the Services you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
The App can be installed from Google Play or from the official APK download on our website. Please download the App only from these official sources. We are not responsible for copies obtained from other websites, which may be modified or unsafe.
If you install the APK manually, your device may ask you to allow installation from an unknown source. You do this at your own choice and risk. We may release updates to improve features, security and performance, and some updates may be required to keep using the App.
If the App asks you to create or log in to an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your own Android device for your personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
Prompts in the App are provided for creativity and inspiration. You are fully responsible for how you use them and for any content you create with third-party AI tools.
When using prompts, you agree not to:
The App, its name, logo, design, text, layout, software and the selection and arrangement of prompts are owned by or licensed to CoCo Prompt and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may copy a prompt to use it with an AI tool for your own purposes. You may not republish, sell, bulk-copy or commercially redistribute our prompt collection or any substantial part of it without our written permission.
Names, logos and brands of third parties (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Instagram, Telegram and Google Play) belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Coins are virtual in-app points used to unlock prompts and features inside the App. By using them you agree to the following:
Where the App offers paid Coins or other paid features, the purchase is processed by Google Play or another payment provider and is also subject to their terms. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may change at any time.
Because Coins and unlocked prompts are digital items that are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or by the policies of Google Play. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Google Play support and also write to us at cocoprompt.support@gmail.com.
The App may show ads, including rewarded video ads. Ads and their content are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the products, services or claims that they promote. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
The Services may contain links to, or open, third-party apps and websites such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Instagram, Telegram and email. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and is subject to their own terms.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you. You can report a prompt or any content that you believe is inappropriate by using the report option in the App or by contacting us. We may review and remove content at our discretion.
We work to keep the Services running smoothly but do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We may add, change, limit or discontinue any feature, prompt, category or reward, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result, image quality or style, because results depend on the third-party AI tool, your inputs and other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoCo Prompt and its owners, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or Coins, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any content created with third-party tools.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the Services in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CoCo Prompt and its team from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms or the law, or any content you create or share using the prompts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the rewards system, harmed other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services.
Before taking any formal action, we encourage you to contact us at cocoprompt.support@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we may also notify you in the App or on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, but we may transfer ours in connection with a business transfer.
